From the if-you-don't-like-the-weather-in-Chicago-just-wait-five-minutes-amirite beat, temperatures could very likely scale above 70 degrees on Friday, according to the folks at National Weather Service Chicago.

Of course, it wasn't all that long ago that a late-winter storm was dumping snow, snarling traffic and canceling flights. But today, lovely today, feels like resort weather—that is until the rain arrives.

While it could get as warm as 74 degrees, it looks like we'll pay for it with some precipitation. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to roll in tonight and stretch intermittently all the through the weekend. So, a warm upside and a wet downside—more weather weirdness, but not enough to make us want to pack up and leave.
