The Insane Game Of Thrones Live Orchestra Is Coming To United Center

By Tankboy in Arts & Entertainment on Jan 6, 2017 10:18PM

The Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience is slated to come through town and stop at the United Center next month on Feb. 22 (rescheduled from Feb. 9), and we finally have an idea what to expect—absolute over-the-top insanity. We would expect nothing less from a stage show based on our favorite clash of swords, political intrigue and gratuitous nudity that cable television has to offer.

We already told you series composer Ramin Djawadi will be conducting the orchestra, but if you were expecting a staid, classical run through of the show's soundtrack. The clip below teases out a few specifics including massive multimedia screen, fire, and more tribal drums than any stage should be able to support.

If anyone starts flying around on dragons we think the Trans-Siberian Orchestra might have to start defending its title of Most Massively Ridiculous But Entertaining Live Act In The Seven Kingdoms Continents™ today.

If you don't have tickets yet, don't worry, they are still available.
