Can't you just imagine this space becoming a Baby Gap? Better yet, how about a bank!

Despite the current tenant still fighting eviction, exuberant realtor Steve Horvath has already listed the space currently occupied by Double Door as available to lease.

Horvath has listed the property at 1572 N. Milwaukee Ave. as available to lease for the low, low price of $20 - $90 per square foot, to be split between 2,500, 5,000, or 10,000 square feet; depending on the space the new tenants desire.

And why would someone want to lease Double Door? According to Horvath's listing it is on the:

West side of Milwaukee in fantastic Wicker Park location. Just steps away from: Starbucks, American Apparel, Steve Madden, Urban Outfitters, Joe' s Jeans, BCBG Maxazria, Club Monaco, Jimmy Johns, Dr. Martens, Chipotle, Levis, Big Star, Bank Of America, Glazed and Infused, Walgreens, Lens Crafters, Chrome, Native Foods, Umami Burger, Free People, Taco Bell Cantina, XOCO, Nike, Finish Line, Lululemon, Potbelly, Timbuk2, At&T, Toms, Dunkin Donuts, 7-Eleven, Chase Bank, FedEx, Bucket Feet, Byline Bank, La Columbe, Penny' s Noodle Shop, Furious Spoon Ramen, Lou Malnati' s, The Violet Hour

Let's all take a moment to focus on the fact Horvath lists Penny's Noodle Shop, another Wicker Park business driven out by a greedy landlord, as one of the nearby businesses new renters would be able to appreciate. Oh wait, and Glazed And Infused is no longer a neighbor either! Has Horvath ever actually been to the neighborhood?

Don't want to lease it, then buy the property outright!

Did we also mention Double Door hasn't been evicted yet?
