Celebrate The Negroni And Raise Money For Charity During Negroni Week

The Negroni is a simple cocktail made with a lot of complex flavor. This week, celebrate its charms at your favorite bar while helping to raise money for charity.

Bars around Chicago are offering a range of Negronis, from traditional cocktails made from just sweet vermouth, gin and Campari to unique riffs like Cochon Volant's "Daily Shave," which turns the cocktail into a snow cone. They will donate portions of the proceeds to a charity of their choice.
