By Melissa McEwen in Food on May 18, 2015 7:15PM

If you love sour beer as much as we do, you might want to head to Publican Quality Meats (825 W. Fulton Market) this Wednesday, May 20 at 7 p.m. for their sour beer cookout. Part of Chicago Craft Beer Week, the cookout will feature plenty of grilled meat from PQM paired up with six sour beers. You'll also be able to chat with representatives of the breweries and Chef Missy Corey. Tickets are $65 a person. Contact Ashley at (312) 496-0012 to reserve your spot.

The beers:
Penrose Brewing Company: Wild X, a wild ale aged in wine and bourbon barrels

Perennial Artisan Ales: 2014 Anniversaria

Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales: Sour Session IPA, which was brewed exclusively for The Publican

Allagash Brewing Company: Golden Brett, a 100% wild yeast fermented golden ale, aged on white wine barrels

Allagash Brewing Company: Monmouth Red, an apple brandy barrel-aged wild red ale

Off Color Brewing: Papillon (A.K.A. I can do this too Cory King), a wild ale aged in Gin Barrels
