Photos: The Final Ride Of CTA's 2400-Series Train Cars

Chicago Transit Authority decommissioned the 2400-series rail cars from its fleet Wednesday with a final ride along the original rail routes the cars debuted on in 1976. The cars were decked out in their original paint schemes and notable bicentennial detailing, along with interior maps and advertising from when they first were added to the fleet.
