The Forest Park branch of the Blue Line is arguably the most troublesome link of CTA's "L" network and passengers using it to move to and from downtown are cursing the transit agency and whatever they deem holy this morning.
Peep, peeps.
Delays continue on Blue Line due to removal of construction debris obstructing one of our tracks at UIC-Halsted. Allow extra travel time.

The delays began around 3:40 a.m. when construction debris obstructed the Loop-bound tracks at the UIC-Halsted station. Passengers are being instructed to board trains in both directions on the Forest Park-bound platforms.
