Pencil This In: Lillie’s Q And Pipeworks Beer Release Party

Lillie’s Q and Pipeworks Brewing Company will host a crawfish boil to celebrate the release of their new collaborative brew, a Southern-style strong ale with a lengthy title: Especially Specialty Special Tea Gussied Cochon Beer. The beer is designed to pair alongside barbecue, brewed with caramel malt and English yeast and flavored with wildflower honey, lemon and Earl Grey tea. In addition to Crawfish, Lillie’s Q will also serve fried chicken, potato salad, corn salad and more. Five additional Pipeworks beers will also be on tap, including Ninja vs Unicorn, Bicentennial, Falcon Batch 500, Citra Ninja and Saison Du Solieile. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased here.

The crawfish boil will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. Lillie’s Q is located at 1856 W. North Ave.
