If you haven’t made Easter brunch plans yet, Time Out has put together an exhaustive list of offerings at Chicago restaurants—an endless parade of carving stations, omelets, eggs benedict, pancakes and mimosas. A few of them have some more interesting options such as Takito Kitchen’s shirred egg cazuela of smoked ham, cheese, asparagus and pickled peppers and Frontier’s ham hock and cheddar biscuits. Phil Vettel at the Chicago Tribune also has a list of recommendations.

If you are planning on cooking at home, check out "The Ultimate Easter Meal," a menu of recipes that includes Potato Mash with Leek Confit and Bacon as well as Pomelder Prosecco Punch. "Food Republic's Low-Key Easter Brunch Menu" includes Shishito Yuzu-Ade and Country Ham and Cheese Biscuit Bread.

If brunch isn't your thing, Land and Sea Dept. is doing an “Adult Easter Egg Hunt” starting at Longman and Eagle, where there will be music and food. After the hunt some bars will be offering egg hunt specials. RSVP and $5 donation (benefits Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago) required.
