Pencil This In: Farmers For Marketing Workshop At Growing Power

With the ever-growing popularity of farmers markets and farm-to-table dining how does one local farm manage to stand out among others? That's the subject of a workshop at Growing Power's Iron Street Farm March 1 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Learn how to develop market strategies and look at market opportunities from restaurants sales to local farmers markets. Participants will learn about retail and direct sales, and learn how to set up a farmers market. (3333 S. Iron St.)
