The only reason these fake food holidays are worth celebrating is the specials that they inspire. This one is a doozy - to celebrate National Pizza Month, Tesori has come up with a new pizza for every day in September October.

Tesori's pizzas, served in their enormous bar, are a sleeper hit that not everyone knows about, a perfect lunchtime or after-work snack. Even with only the regular pizza menu, you can't go wrong, but now you have to make a special stop for your favorite day.

They've come up with some unique pizzas. How about beef carpaccio with horseradish? Smoked turkey and cabbage? Chard, egg and anchovy? We'll be stopping in on the 24th for a pizza with roasted brussels sprouts and duck confit. Each pizza is $15, and the complete schedule is below.

Tesori is at 65 E. Adams Street.
