Pencil This In: Bill Kim Cooking Demo At BellyQ

Want to learn how to make kimchi from a master? Then consider buying tickets to a cooking demonstration and picnic with Urban Belly/bellyQ/Belly Shack maestro Bill Kim 11 a.m. Aug. 17. Kim will show you how to make "Quick Kirby Kimchi," watermelon salad, Korean BBQ short rib and passion fruit margaritas, all while sharing stories from the cooking line along the way. The demonstration will be held on bellyQ's patio at 1400 W. Randolph St. Tickets ($50) are available here.
