Last week's Green City Market Chef's BBQ was, as always, a huge success. And now that guests have recovered from the heat, food comas and hangovers, they might want to try to replicate some of their favorite dishes at home. Luckily, thanks to Wirtz Beverage, they can.

Wirtz is one of the primary beverage sponsors of the BBQ, and every year they mix up a ton of different refreshing and delicious cocktails to help visitors beat the July heat. This year, they've posted the recipes for all of their specialty cocktails on a special website, Green City Cocktails. Do you have fond memories of the Crystal Blue, the Dutch Bargain or the Strawberry Black Pepper Mule? Make them all at home. Even better, you can learn the proper serving techniques for each drink - most of the drinks at the BBQ were, by necessity, served in plastic cups.

Even if you didn't get a chance to go yourself, the website has a collection of delicious drinks, all perfectly designed for the summer heat. So go try them out—and we won't even tell Wirtz if you decide to swap out some of the branded sponsor liquors for your own choices.
