Pencil This In: Sardinian Dinner At Ceres' Table

Want to learn about Sardinian cuisine? Ceres' Table chef Giuseppe Scurato is serving a five-course menu dedicated to Sardinian recipes on Thursday, May 30. The dinner, which is available all night, is $75 per person and includes wine pairings. Here's the menu:

• Selection of Sardinian cheese served with pane carasau, a crispy unleavened bread
Wine: nepente di oliena cannonau rosato jannas

• Malloreddus: Sardinian pasta with pork and sausage ragu
Wine: nepente di oliena cannonau

• Sardinian seafood stew with saffron, mussels, clams, branzino, fregola sarda
Wine: lanaito rosso IGT

• Porcheddu sardo: myrtle-roasted suckling pig, roasted potatoes, celery
Wine: corrasi riserva cannonau

• Seadas: fritters filled with fiore sardo cheese, corbezzolo honey
Wine: vernaccia sarda
