Raid The Easter Basket And Make The 'Corpse Reviver Number Peep'

Our Twitter blew up this morning with pictures of this insane Peeps cocktail that was served at Sepia last night. Obviously, we had to do some digging and get the recipe. So raid the kids' Easter baskets tonight and whip up the Corpse Reviver Number Peep, a play on the Corpse Reviver #2, conceived by Josh Pearson of Sepia and Daniel de Oliveira of Olmeca Altos.

Corpse Reviver Number Peep

Ingredients:
2 oz. yellow Peep-infused Absolut 100
1 muddled tangerine
Bar spoon of muddled ginger
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. Lillet Rosé
0.5 oz. Benedictine

Directions:
Add to glass, then garnish with a Lemon Hart soaked purple Peep. Ignite, then serve.
