Pencil This In: Dryhop Brewers-Lake Effect Brewing Collaboration Release Party

Dryhop Brewers, a brewpub and restaurant scheduled to open in late spring at 3155 N. Broadway, and Lake Effect Brewing in Portage Park have joined forces to brew a collaborative beer that will be released at Paddy Long's Irish Pub Feb. 15. They'll be tapping Shot a Man in Simcoe, a Belgo IPA that, as the name suggests, is loaded in Simcoe hops. Brewers from both breweries will be available to talk about their upcoming plans and beers.
