2012_12_16_PTI.png We're pretty sure the world isn't going to end this week, but it's still a good time for a fresh start. 5 Rabbit Brewery will be celebrating Solstice Day by introducing Ki' Chun, meaning "tasty start" in Mayan. The unique beer blends chanterelle mushrooms, three malts, and toasted oats with a balance of New Zealand Rakau hop, a Belgian yeast strain, and dark Thai palm sugar. 5 Rabbit will be toasting Ki' Chun on Friday, December 21 at the following locations:

Hopleaf (5148 N. Clark Street)
Fountainhead (1970 W. Montrose Avenue)
Bad Apple (4300 N. Lincoln Avenue)
Simone's (980 W. 18th Street)
State & Lake (at the Wit Hotel, State Street at Lake)
The Owl (2521 N. Milwaukee Avenue)
