SmallBar Division is celebrating "Kwaktoberfest" through Oct. 7 with $8 pours of Kwak amber ale, poured in the distinctive carriage-style glass that is the beer's other major selling point. From 6-11 p.m. tonight guests at SmallBar who order a Kwak can keep the glass. This is a limited supply so show up early. They'll also be giving away Kwak t-shirts and other items. (2049 W. Traveling Art Show

Ubisoft, SA Studios Global and Rock the Vote have teamed up for "Art of the Assassin"—a traveling art exhibit promoting the upcoming release of the Assassin's Creed III video game. The game is set before, during and after the American Revolution and transports players from before the Revolution to modern-day in an attempt to prevent an apocalypse. The exhibit's artwork is inspired by the game's primary conceit. Featured artists include Mark Dean Veca, Artek, Alex Ross, Brian Flynn and Justin Bartlett. The "Art of the Assassin" exhibit starts 8 p.m. tonight at Art Revolution (600 W. Cermak Rd.). RSVP is required; email here to do so.
