Pencil This In: Uncommon Ground Devon's Rooftop Farm Open House

By Chuck Sudo in Food on Aug 3, 2012 4:35PM

2012_8_3UncommonGround.jpg Thank God (or whatever you deem holy) it's Friday. Head over to Uncommon Ground Devon today, where they're offering tours of their rooftop farm today from 5 p.m. until sundown. The rooftop farm—which was the first organic rooftop garden of any restaurant in the nation when it opened in 2009—is a highlight of the Leed-certified restaurant that's been called the greenest restaurant in the United States.

That shouldn't be the only reason to head to Uncommon Ground Devon tonight. HAlf Acre pints are $4 all day and it's "Fish Fry Friday" with the batter for the fish made with Half Acre beer.
