Pencil This In: Taste Of The Nation 2012 Kickoff Party At Studio Paris

Tickets for this year's Taste of the Nation event at Navy Pier's Grand Ballroom went on sale last month. (Full Disclosure: I'm a member of the planning committee for the event.) If you're still on the fence about attending but need a little bit of persuasion, consider attending this official kick-off party at Studio Paris this Wednesday, June 27, from 6-8 p.m.

A $25 admission includes Paris Club signature small bites and cocktails, with all proceeds benefitting Taste of the Nation and Share Our Strength's efforts to combat childhood hunger. You can use the cost of entry to the party against the purchase of an "advocate" level ticket. (That's a $150 value.)

Door prizes include a chance to win free advocate tickets to Taste of the Nation Chicago, and a free upgrade to "benefactor" level tickets (a $500 value) for anyone present at Studio Paris who tickets to Taste of the Nation Chicago 2012—at any ticket price level—before June 25.
