Pencil This In: Pastoral Summer Wine Tasting Gala
By Chuck Sudo in Food on May 31, 2012 4:20PM
If tickets to Wine Riot Chicago are a bit rich for your blood, there's another wine tasting downtown Saturday that is within the price ranges of princes and paupers. Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread and Wine is having a "summer wine tasting gala" from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday, June 2 at their 53 E. Lake St. location.
This is a grand tasting of their spring and summer selections from distributors like H2Vino, Candid, Merritt Wines, Heritage and Eno Amano, and in some cases this will be the first opportunity to taste those wines at Pastoral. The cost of the tasting is $5; free to Pastoral Beverage Loyalty Members.
