Pencil This In: Bourbon Barrel Aged La Petite Mort Release At The Local Option

Central Waters Brewing Company has made a quick splash in the Chicago market and today they celebrate the release of the barrel-aged version of La Petite Mort 3 p.m. today at The Local Option.

Le Petite Mort is a collaboration between Central Waters and The Local Option: a Weissenbock brewed with Belgian ale yeast. Thisversion has been aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for six months. The Local Option will also have some hard to find Central Waters releases on draft for this event.
