Pencil This In: Browntrout Farmers Market
By Chuck Sudo in Food on Apr 30, 2012 4:30PM
A restaurant is one of the last places we would have thought a farmers market to be held. But that's what's happening at Browntrout in North Center tomorrow from 5-8 p.m. The BrownTrout Farmers Market will be a vibrant community gathering place, providing the neighborhood access to local food growers and producers, and to serve as a platform for Ground Up's commitment to support the growth and success of small family farms.
Look for child friendly chef demos and adult friendly specialty cocktails. Chef Sean sanders is also looking for volunteers to help with the market, starting at 4 p.m. Email Sanders for more information.
