Holiday Sales

Haymaker in Andersonville is hosting a holiday version of their new "Local Yield" series tonight from 7-10 p.m. the Southern Mac and Cheese Truck will be parked outside and serving up their killer mac and cheese dishes. Few Spirits will be in house with samples including their new aged whiskeys. Art and print screen studio Sonnenzimmer will be in the house and CHIRP Radio/Chances Dances DJ Eric Roldan will provide music. Should be fun. Arrin Williams of Haymaker told us a few of the Chicago Food Trucks screen prints will be available for sale. (5507 N. Clark St.)

Monday Night Football

Tonight is the last Monday Night FootDahl event of 2011 at Haymarket Pub and Brewery (737 W. Randolph St.). Join Steve Dahl and his DahlCast staff, win great prizes, watch the Rams/Seahawks game, enjoy Haymarket Brewery’s Back Room and experience the tapping of The Explicit DahlCraft Pale Ale.

Book Signing

Stephanie Izard will be signing copies of Girl in the Kitchen at Jayson Home (1885 N. Clybourn Ave.) from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Shop while enjoying bubbly and bites from Girl & the goat. 10 percent of all the evening's sales will benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
