Kanye Opens Mouth, Inserts Foot Again

Kanye West's outbursts seem to be lessening in their frequency, but when he does open his mouth and acts like a petulant child, he makes it count.

The Louis Vuitton Don with the persecution complex headlined the Big Chill Music Festival in England when he went into one of his signature tirades about feeling underappreciated when he decided to invoke Godwin's Law (emphasis ours).

“I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I’m (expletive) insane, like I’m Hitler,” he said. “One day the light will shine through and one day people will understand everything I ever did.”

Kanye could have stopped at "people will look at me like I'm (expletive) insane" and the crowd may have chalked it up to another case of Kanye needing a hug and some warm milk. Instead, there were some boos overheard from the crowd.

West also defended his video for the song "Monster" and apologized for starting his set 30 minutes late, effectively telling the crowd perfection takes time.

“Michael Jordan changed so much in basketball, he took his power to make a difference. It’s so much (expletive) going on in music right now and somebody has to make a (expletive) difference,” he said.

Michael Jordan was always ready for tipoff, too.
