Sighted On State

Your correspondent was lunching at M Burger yesterday when the gentleman pictured above walked by. It's remarkable that upon initially seeing this fellow the only thought to surface was, "It seems a bit warm for that outfit." A close second was, "Dang! Why didn't I take a picture of that?!" Luckily for all of us, someone did.
