Good Morning, everyone. It's windy and chilly again out there. Tom Skilling calls it "a late-season shot of arctic air" brought to us by north-northwest winds. The rest of the forecast calls for light snow this morning before giving way to partly cloudy skies and a high of 37. Now if you'll excuse us, we're off to make our morning coffee.
