POST Pilsen will be holding its newly-founded monthly craft fair tomorrow, featuring handmade goods by 30 local vendors. The quaint art gallery, located just west of the Chicago Arts District in East Pilsen, will be selling a variety of merchandise, from homemade hot sauce to Bea Arthur note cards to handmade jewelry. The market will be open between 1 and 7pm, offering free food and drinks to guests.

At 8 p.m., POST Pilsen will reopen for some post-craft fair music, which we expect will turn out to be a pretty wild dance party. The show will feature a DJ set by local artist Clique Talk, as well as performances by two other unknown musicians. Post Pilsen has also announced a “super secret set from some super secret Brazillian DJs.” We can’t say for sure who these mysterious DJs will be, but Brazilian DJ duo, Database, just happens to be in Chicago this weekend for their Sunday show at the Empty Bottle. Wink, wink.

If you haven’t ventured down to Pilsen yet, this could be a good opportunity to get to know the area. Take a short walk east on 18th and grab a few drinks at the pinball-themed bar, Simone’s, visit the National Museum of Mexican Art in West Pilsen, or just wander the area and peruse Pilsen's many colorful street murals. And if you find yourself hankering for some authentic Mexican cuisine after the show, head over to Taqueria Los Comales for what may be the best burrito you ever devour.
