Bulls End Skid Against Pistons
The Bulls ended a five game losing streak with a 92-85 victory over Detroit last night. Making the win even sweeter for the team: it was their first game back from the Circus Trip, a victory over one of their rivals, and a victory over former Bull Ben Gordon. John Salmons again paced the Bulls with 22 points and Derrick Rose added 19. As for Gordon, he played well for Detroit, scoring 18 points off the bench. Said Salmons after the victory, "We've had some games that we could have won, should have won, could have won. Now we have to take advantage of all these upcoming home games." The Bulls now...go back on the road to Cleveland for a game on Friday (7 p.m., ESPN/WCIU). But fear not, Bulls fans, the team has nine more home games remaining this month, so plenty of chances to catch the team in person.
