  • Efrain Cuevas' last dinner of 2007 features the waterfowl organ delicacy whose name we dare not speak within the city limits. Get on the list if you want to find out more.

  • The Chicago Cultural Center is the setting for "A Winter's Song Madrigal Dinner," featuring music by the Illinois State University Madrigal Singers and food prepared by Chef Colin Beaumier of the Whitehall Hotel. Included in the dinner is figgy pudding, and we just wanted to type that. Cost is $75, the event starts at 2 p.m.

  • Bonsoirée Café's underground dinner series is still kicking along. Monday they're hosting a five-course dinner sponsored by Provenance Food and Wine; Provenance will be providing the wine pairings. The dinner runs from 7-9 p.m.; cost is $85.
